Timiskaming Home Support / Soutien à Domicile seeks an HR professional working directly with the CEO and management team. You will support staff and volunteers across the organization. The position covers recruitment, records, advantages, compliance, privacy, and workplace guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment, screening, onboarding, and credential verification
- Maintain personnel, training, and credential records
- Administer benefits, leaves, attendance, and WSIB claims
- Coordinate annual performance appraisals
- Advise managers on policies, legislation, and collective agreements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or related studies
- At least two years of HR experience
- Knowledge of Ontario employment, safety, human rights, WSIB, and PHIPA requirements
- Strong communication, judgment, discretion, and computer skills
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle access
