As a senior individual contributor, you will design complex enterprise and public-facing solutions for ESIT Advanced Solutions, a DXC Technology company. You will apply advanced UI/UX practices across Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Your work will address user needs, business objectives, accessibility requirements, enterprise constraints, and public-sector policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead user experience deliverables for complex enterprise initiatives
- Produce prototypes, production-ready interfaces, components, and design patterns
- Plan and interpret qualitative and quantitative user research




- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA or higher
- Maintain enterprise UI design systems and standards

Requirements:

- Seven years of progressively senior UI/UX design experience
- Typically ten or more years on complex digital products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience as a senior contributor in Agile environments
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
