As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will support end-to-end recruitment across retail service, sales, and branch management roles. The work focuses on addressing hiring backlogs, building candidate pipelines, and delivering solid candidate experiences. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support recruitment across retail service, sales, and branch management
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct pre-screening assessments and advance suitable candidates
- Track pipelines, coordinate interviews,



and assist offer management
- Review hiring volumes, progress, and priorities with leadership

Requirements:

- Three or more years recruiting and managing high-volume hiring
- Experience sourcing rural and hard-to-fill talent markets
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and sourcing channels
- Experience with an ATS such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and relevant degree
