Toromont Cat in Thunder Bay is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to manage service work orders from opening to invoicing, ensuring high customer service levels and supporting the Service Department’s goals. The role requires solid communication, safety awareness, and accurate billing practices.

You will monitor WIP with Supervisors, obtain PO numbers, verify invoices, and maintain billing with cross-functional teams.
