The Registered Nurse reports to the Director of Care and collaborates on care meeting individual resident needs. This position requires geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing knowledge, including activation, nursing, and personnel administration. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate nursing and other resident services
- Lead shift reports with the health care team
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions
- Maintain charts according to policies and standards
- Review and process physician orders promptly

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing background
- Knowledge of applicable nursing home legislation
- Registration with the provincial registry in good standing
- Knowledge of Provincial College nursing standards
