- Understand processes, pain points, and business needs
- Map workflows and identify bottlenecks or duplicate work
- Analyze data and measure improvement results
- Maintain procedures, process maps, and documentation
- Track action plans, assignments, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Process and technical mindset connecting workflows, systems, and data
- Experience documenting procedures and resolving problems with data
- Project management tools and Microsoft Office proficiency
