As a Strategic Implementation Co-op, you will support the Investments and Retirement practice through business analysis and workflow design. You will work with stakeholders to understand workflows, document requirements, and refine practical AI-enabled improvements. The Strategic Implementation manager provides direction on objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discuss workflows, objectives, and constraints with business stakeholders
- Document business and functional requirements for AI-enabled improvements
- Analyze inefficiencies, decision points, handoffs, and automation opportunities
- Design, test,



and refine AI-enabled workflows and prototype tools
- Validate structured data inputs and assess data quality

Requirements:

- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field
- Basic Python familiarity and workflow logic reasoning ability
- Working understanding of SQL and relational data structures
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
