For the Winter 2026–2027 season, you will lead and support two to three crew members during snow events. You will coordinate availability, travel from LaSalle, and serve corporate clients across the Montreal area. The work requires explicit communication, productivity, quality control, and safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and support two to three crew members onsite
- Provide training and feedback as needed
- Complete snow clearing within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain Strathmore quality standards and minimize rework
- Promote safe practices and attend required safety meetings

Requirements:

- At least one year supervising teams in demanding environments
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual for every confirmed shift
- Physical fitness for outdoor winter work, day or night
- Availability 24/7, including weekends and holidays
