This Technical Applications Specialist provides specialized clinical and technical applications support for Siemens Healthineers DX instruments and systems. The work includes installation, validation, customer education, demonstrations, evaluations, workflow improvement, and post-installation follow-up. Travel is required for this national position, with extensive travel potentially necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced assay, software, and instrument troubleshooting support
- Install and validate Siemens Healthineers DX instruments and systems
- Deliver in office education, turnover training, updates, and follow-ups




- Coordinate evaluations and support demonstrations at conventions
- Improve customer workflows and resolve assigned satisfaction issues

Requirements:

- MLT/ART or Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
- Membership in CSMLS or an equivalent organization
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory practices and procedures
- Communication, customer interaction, presentation, and demonstration skills
- Five to eight years of preferred laboratory experience
