Startec Thermal and Process in Calgary is seeking a training-content specialist to turn ERP processes into practical learning. You’ll craft manuals, job aids and digital materials for about 200 team members using a train-the-trainer approach.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, finance and IT to assess training needs, map workflows and support user adoption. In office and remote delivery is required, with an immediate start on a contract through May 2027.
