TEKsystems’ gaming and lottery client seeks a UX / CX Researcher for its growing Digital Experience team. You will study behavior, analyze journeys, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The work involves product, design, business, technology, and vendor stakeholders across digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop research plans, screeners, guides, and study methodologies
- Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and journey mapping
- Analyze workflows, task flows, friction points, and unmet needs




- Synthesize findings into prioritized insights and recommendations
- Present outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements:

- Four to five-plus years in UX, user, design, or CX research
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Understanding of journey, workflow, and task-flow analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
