Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing and personal care in a senior living community. The position includes resident assessment, family communication, staff guidance, and supervision of assigned Personal Support Workers. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care within established policies and resident plans
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff effectively
- Oversee resident care and guide staff




- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in positive standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health experience is an asset
- Good judgment and ability to identify risk
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
