We’re looking for a skilled, safety-minded, and hands-on Red Seal Maintenance Millwright to join our powerhouse Maintenance team and keep our production lines running at peak performance.

You’ll be the go-to expert keeping our equipment in top shape — installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced manufacturing systems. Every day will bring a new challenge, and your expertise will help ensure our operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform preventive maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum
- Install, dismantle, and repair production machinery
- Diagnose issues and recommend smart, lasting solutions
- Operate shop equipment including welders, lathes, and hand tools
- Support continuous improvement projects and share your ideas
- Always keep safety and food quality front of mind — every task, every time

What You Bring:

- Red Seal Millwright certification (required)
- Solid troubleshooting skills and mechanical know-how
- A passion for precision, safety, and problem-solving




- Experience in manufacturing (food industry experience a bonus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Physically able to bend, twist, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a cool 2°C setting

- Tuesday–Friday | 2:00 pm – 12:30 am
- Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday 6am pm to 4:30 pm
- 40 hours/week
