The Salvation Army seeks a seasonal Area Team Lead for several Kettle locations across a geographical zone. You will support volunteers, communicate daily issues, and help deliver donations securely. The role includes working with donors, maintaining records, and responding to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Kettle deliveries before volunteers arrive
- Supervise, support, and assign Kettle volunteers
- Secure donations after each completed shift
- Visit locations during changes and intermittently
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets and mileage reports

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of related or customer service experience
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Satisfactory Background Check and Driver's Abstract
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
