Key Responsibilities:

- Support complex insurance defence matters through resolution
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and legal documents
- Review claims records for liability analyses and reporting

- Assist discoveries, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Requirements:

- Approximately five years supporting insurance defence or litigation
- Post-secondary education in paralegal or related studies
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Required bilingualism in English and French
