Reporting to the Branch Manager, this Financial Advisor develops long term member relationships and delivers tailored solutions. You will identify products, discuss immediate needs, and maintain knowledge of investment and retail banking services. The work also supports referrals, sales goals, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long term relationships with members
- Match members with suitable products and solutions
- Meet sales targets and referral goals
- Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking
- Provide outstanding member experiences following Servus best practices
Requirements:
- At least two years retail banking or related financial experience
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Finance or related post secondary education preferred
- IFIC course and license preferred
