The Logistics Coordinator manages transportation activities for PSI Engineering’s automated pack and sortation systems. You will prepare commercial invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, and customs paperwork. The role also requires ERP data entry, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate international and domestic shipments through courier, LTL, and freight carriers
- Prepare compliant shipping and customs documentation
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and customs processing
- Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, shortages, and holds




- Maintain shipment, order, inventory, and delivery records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or post-secondary education
- Two to five years of logistics, transportation, or shipping experience
- International shipping and customs documentation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and online shipping platforms
- Robust accuracy, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
