Dispense and compound medications as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician at North Bay Regional Health Centre in the Pharmacy department. Advanced English and French are required.

This Pharmacy Technician supports hospital Pharmacy Services under Pharmacist delegation and follows hospital pharmacy practice standards. The position includes medication dispensing, drug compounding, and distribution responsibilities. Hospital pharmacy experience and automated technology knowledge are assets, while Meditech experience is also valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense drugs as delegated by a Pharmacist
- Compound drugs according to pharmacy practice standards
- Support the distribution component of Pharmacy Services
- Contribute to safety and adverse-event prevention

Requirements:

- Graduate from a Pharmacy Technician course or equivalent
- Certified by the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Advanced English and French bilingualism required
- Required computer skills, including Microsoft Word
- Excellent judgment, analytical skills, and reliable attendance
