As Beauty Manager, you manage department resources to maximize sales and achieve targets. The position works with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager while supporting customers and staff.

- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Sell products and coach staff in selling skills
- Develop effective techniques to maximize department sales
- Track productivity objectives and communicate customer survey results
- Book events and manage the annual event schedule

Requirements:

- Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
