At the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority’s Arborg and District Health Centre, the Housekeeping Aide works within the Housekeeping department. Reporting to the Manager, Support Services and/or Lead Hand, this non-clinical position follows schedules, policies, procedures, and safe work procedures. The work supports patients, residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain safe, clean, aesthetically pleasing healthcare environments
- Perform assigned housekeeping duties according to established schedules
- Follow policies, procedures,



and safe work procedures
- Provide courteous service to patients, families, visitors, and staff

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 10 education
- Experience in healthcare or institutional cleaning
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective oral and written English communication
- Ability to perform mental and physical duties
