Vantage Hotels seeks a Maintenance Technician for its family-owned 80-room property. You will support daily upkeep, mechanical systems, staff housing, grounds, and guest areas. The work combines preventative maintenance, work orders, seasonal procedures, and cross-department support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain guest rooms, common areas, systems, grounds, and housing
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool, spa, and HVAC work
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules and respond to work orders
- Remove snow, landscape grounds,



and complete periodic yard work
- Report priorities, safety compliance, and improvements to the Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- General building trades proficiency or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-starter skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and multitask
- Valid Alberta Class 5 licence with clean abstract
