Join Our Team as a Full time Pharmacy Assistant

What You’ll Do:

- Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, measure and count medications, prepare labels, and enter patient information into the system.
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, receive and check recent inventory, and remove expired or recalled medications.
- Customer Service: Provide A+ level customer service via in-app chat and phone, helping them to onboard, use and succeed with the Endor Health app
- Logistics: Help prepare orders for shipment and oversee logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered consistently and on time
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow safety protocols for handling medications.

What We’re Looking For:

- You excel working with multiple software platforms to deliver online care
- You have strong attention to detail




- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to get things done
- You are excited by the idea of getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing organization
- Adaptability to changing work environments and the unique needs of our pharmacy and partners

Key Requirements:

- Must be able to work in-person at our Surrey pharmacy location
- Must have valid authorization to work in British Columbia, Canada

Remuneration:

- Starting at $20 per Hour. Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.
