The Parts Consultant reports directly to the Parts Manager at a state-of-the-art facility showcasing a quick-growing automotive brand. This position supports customer satisfaction through tracking, shipping, receiving, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory. You will assist technicians in locating service parts, resolve computerized and physical inventory discrepancies, verify invoices, and meet customer needs. Attention to detail, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track, ship, receive, stock, and monitor automotive parts inventory




- Assist technicians in locating parts needed for service
- Resolve discrepancies between computerized and physical inventories
- Verify parts invoices accurately

Requirements:

- CDK experience preferred
- Automotive parts knowledge considered an asset
