As District Manager, you will establish goals aligned with Lammle’s business strategy and manage daily district operations. You will coach store managers, support performance expectations, and strengthen profitability through KPI communication. The position also includes recruitment, training, policy compliance, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, motivate, and develop store managers and staff
- Manage district operations and support profitable performance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and future leader development
- Ensure policies,



training standards, and programs are followed
- Maintain customer service, inventory, displays, and promotions

Requirements:

- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience
- Three to five years leading retail apparel teams
- Robust leadership, communication, and accountability skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
