Legal Aid Ontario in Toronto is seeking a Training and Quality Specialist for a 6-month contract to develop and deliver staff training, build a QA program, and ensure QA standards are embedded in training.

The role reports to the Manager, Knowledge and Information Management and Training, and focuses on content creation, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting knowledge management across LAO's intake operations.
