This coordinator supports operations and sales teams before auctions and other sales. The position requires a mechanical or service background, careful work-order management, and communication with vendors, Territory Managers, customers, and consigners. You will coordinate refurbishment across auction and non-auction equipment while supporting finished-item picturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate auction and non-auction refurbishing activities
- Schedule paint, seat, glass, and mechanic vendors
- Manage work orders through sale completion
- Review invoices and accurate cost sheets
- Handle post-sale mechanical issues promptly

Requirements:

- Two or more years of mechanical or service experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Solid time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied conditions
