* Organize tasks to accomplish the work
* Hire and train staff
* Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
* Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures; Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, Fertilizer applicator, Harvesters, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Tractor
* Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
* Maintain quality control and production records; Maintain work records and logs
