This temporary, full-time Talent Consultant role supports recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions. You will source, screen, assess, and match candidates while building talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, assess, and match candidates to client needs
- Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Two to three years in recruitment, staffing, sales, or service
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency; bilingualism is an asset
