Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis supporting client cases
- Represent clients before Canadian immigration authorities
- Assist with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency
- Guide clients on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies
- Monitor changes in immigration law and policy
Requirements:
- Expertise in legal writing and drafting
- Robust analytical and legal research capabilities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- JD or LLB from a Canadian law school
