As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs while discussing progress with parents and staff. You will help maintain children’s well-being and build collaborative relationships with coworkers, management, and families. The role includes staff meetings, career development, and classroom organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop programs aligned with BrightPath Kids curriculum
- Support children’s development through planned programming
- Assess abilities, interests, and individual needs




- Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
- Maintain safe, clean, organized classroom environments

Requirements:

- Registered member in good standing with Ontario College of ECE
- Meet provincial requirements for childcare employment
- Hold current Standard First Aid certification
- Hold current infant child CPR certification
- Maintain required immunization and health assessment
