As a DTO Bilingual Trainer in Fixed Operations, you will train new and existing customers on PBS Dealer Management Software. The role focuses on implementation support, customer service, continuous learning, collaboration, and process improvement. You will build software expertise while managing assigned training independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough knowledge of PBS software and training processes
- Deliver assigned virtual training sessions within Fixed Operations
- Provide onsite training during recent software installations
- Support customers in English and French throughout implementation
- Become an independent installation resource for customers
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and French communication ability
- Proficiency in data entry and operational tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and demonstrate accountability
- Willingness to travel across Canada and the United States
- Availability for approximately two travel weeks monthly
