This permanent position supports routine maintenance and complex repairs on compact cars, domestic vehicles, and light-duty fleets. Journeypersons, Journeymen, Red Seal technicians, and TBA Level 3-4 candidates are considered. The work includes brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform brake, suspension, diagnostic, and maintenance services
- Repair compact cars, domestic vehicles, and light-duty fleets
- Mentor apprentices and support their skill development
- Collaborate with the Sales team on service opportunities
- Maintain safety and quality standards across all tasks

Requirements:

- Automotive Service Technician license, Red Seal, or TBA Level 3-4
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum three years' hands-on experience with brakes and wheel alignments
- Experience inspecting, diagnosing, adjusting, servicing, and repairing vehicles
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical problem-solving approach
