As a Senior Technical GEO/SEO Specialist, you will own organic and AI visibility strategy from roadmap through measurement. You will work with Engineering, content, and member insights across Borrowell. The work combines crawlability, indexation, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, schema, and content architecture. You will track rankings, AI citations, and share of voice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own SEO and GEO strategy, priorities, and roadmap
- Track rankings, AI citations, and search share of voice
- Improve crawlability, indexation, rendering, and Core Web Vitals
- Design topic clusters, internal linking,



and scalable templates
- Turn member stories and data insights into cited content

Requirements:

- Three or more years in technical SEO, GEO, or content
- Track record scaling content against business objectives and KPIs
- Transparent perspective on how answer engines select sources
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager, and Semrush
- Ability to diagnose technical issues using developer tools
