As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will manage and grow an existing book of business. You will handle renewals, endorsements, new business, and policy changes while reviewing accounts for coverage adjustments. Explicit communication, product knowledge, and careful documentation help clients make informed insurance decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage renewals, endorsements, new business, and policy changes
- Review accounts and recommend coverage adjustments proactively
- Answer phone and email inquiries about coverage, billing, and claims




- Pursue cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
- Coordinate quotes and terms with insurer underwriters

Requirements:

- Active Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License required
- Level 2 license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Two-plus years of personal lines brokerage experience
- Knowledge of home, auto, and travel insurance
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
