This Calgary-based energy and utility role supports early-development and customer-funded transmission projects. You will manage SAP project structures, monitor costs, prepare reports, and coordinate schedules with budgets. The position reports to the Manager of Project Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain complex project structures within SAP
- Manage estimates, forecasts, billings, and project close-outs
- Analyze costs and assess project cost performance
- Prepare monthly cost and status reports
- Execute change control and identify budget risks
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in business, accounting, or finance
- At least one year managing complex project controls
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Aptitude for learning SAP ERP modules
- Solid organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Use SAP, Excel, cost analysis, and reporting skills to support transmission project controls from development through closeout.
