Build member trust through financial advice and relationship management as an in office Account Manager II at Vancity’s 4th Avenue Community Branch. This full-time position serves members face-to-face.

As an Account Manager II, you will provide comprehensive financial guidance, assess member needs, and create plans supporting financial goals. You will manage portfolios, recommend lending and investment products, and connect members with specialized Vancity teams. The permanent position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide financial and relationship-based advice to assigned members
- Assess needs and recommend lending, mortgage, and deposit products
- Refer members to specialized Vancity teams when appropriate




- Meet objectives supporting branch and Vancity profitability
- Apply service standards, controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years in an Account Manager role
- Financial Planning coursework, including two additional CFP courses
- Completed IFC, CIFC, or CSC investments coursework
- Three years of financial industry member service experience
