TekStaff’s Client seeks a Recruiter with at least three years of experience managing high-volume hiring. The role requires pipeline development, passive outreach, referrals, relocation strategies, and community partnerships. You will source and pre-screen candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other typical tools while managing an independent portfolio across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations
- Build candidate pipelines for multiple regions
- Source rural and hard-to-fill talent markets
- Pre-screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and sourcing tools
- Manage an independent recruiting portfolio

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of experience as a Recruiter
- Experience with passive outreach, referrals, and relocation strategies
- Experience using an ATS such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Experience as the sole recruiter supporting multiple regions
