Hired and onboarded as an Independent Contractor, you will provide resident centered care while applying CNO standards, professional judgment, and care plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe, competent, and ethical nursing and personal care
- Apply evidence informed decisions to support resident needs
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with healthcare teams

Requirements:
