St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph is seeking a Casual Registered Practical Nurse to support Adult Day Program and Overnight Stay Program participants, including frail elderly, dementia, and mental health populations.

You will administer medications, monitor participants, assist with ADLs, and help create individualized care plans. Responsibilities include documenting care, maintaining a secure environment, and collaborating with the Overnight Stay Team.
