Interpret CT and MRI studies as a full time Diagnostic Radiologist at Penticton Regional Hospital in British Columbia. Work within a hospital-based medical imaging practice.
The Medical Imaging Department includes eight other radiologists and provides broad diagnostic services. The practice covers CT, MRI, ultrasound, digital mammography, stereotactic biopsy, bone mineral density, general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and basic image-guided procedures. SPECT-CT is currently run by the KGH nuclear medicine department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic radiology services within the hospital-based practice
- Report outpatient studies through available home reporting options
- Provide evening and weekend on-call reporting
- Support CT, MRI, ultrasound, and general imaging services
- Participate in available Interior Health NAVIG8 leadership development
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Medicine
- Eligibility for licensure with CPSBC
- Eligibility for Royal College FRCPC Fellowship
- Mandatory Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage
- New graduates and locum-interest candidates welcomed
