Support youth services in Prince George with Carrier Sekani Family Services, using crisis response and life skills facilitation. This is full time work through August 2027.

As a Youth Care Worker, you will support day-to-day Youth Services operations at CSFS. You will provide education about health and wellness, colonization, addictions, family violence, abuse, self-esteem, and culture. The work also includes facilitating after-school groups and supporting culture camps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily operations of Youth Services programs
- Provide educational opportunities across youth wellness and culture topics
- Evaluate crisis situations and follow established support procedures
- Facilitate life skills workshops in after-school groups
- Assist with culture camp coordination and implementation

Requirements:

- One-year post-secondary degree or diploma in Child and Youth Care
- Social Work or related post-secondary education
- Experience working in a leadership capacity with youth
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
