Getinge seeks a Technical Service Representative, ACT, for its Acute Care Therapy division. The work includes electrical and electronic equipment service, preventive maintenance, technical support, and customer communication. You will also maintain service contracts and support regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate and service electrical or electronic medical equipment
- Provide depot, on-site, and telephone technical support
- Schedule preventive maintenance and respond to emergency calls
- Document activities under service policies and procedures
- Pursue contract renewals and close new proposals
Requirements:
- Biomedical Engineering degree or diploma
- One to three years of related technical experience
- Robust troubleshooting skills using schematics and system diagrams
- Valid driver’s license and company vehicle eligibility
- Passport and ability to travel internationally
