Convergint seeks an experienced technician providing technical support, repairs, and service for electronic security systems. The work includes customer service calls, scheduled maintenance, emergency responses, and small projects. You will diagnose software and equipment issues, complete repairs, and commission projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer, maintenance, emergency, and afterhours service calls
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex security systems
- Complete repairs, replacements, commissions, and service reports




- Provide technical support to end users and field labour
- Mentor technicians and guide equipment testing and adjustment

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of previous field service experience
- Advanced electronic security systems and programming skills
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and frequent jobsite availability
- Diploma in Electronics preferred; relevant certifications are assets
