Microsoft D365 training content is the focus of this hybrid contract role in Calgary, supporting manuals, job aids, and digital learning.
As an ERP Training Specialist at Startec, you will develop materials for approximately 200 team members. You will assess training needs, document workflows, and support adoption of new or updated modules. The Business Systems ERP project connects you with operations, engineering, finance, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess D365 training needs with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Create manuals, user guides, job aids, and digital materials
- Document workflows and business processes clearly
- Support ERP module adoption and troubleshoot user issues
- Refine content using feedback and effectiveness findings
Requirements:
- Hands-on ERP software experience; Microsoft D365 preferred
- Training program design and delivery experience
- Knowledge of workflow mapping and process improvement
- Relevant training content development certificate or education
- Analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Use ERP experience, process documentation, and explicit learning materials to support D365 adoption across Startec in Calgary.
