ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead human resources operations and talent acquisition for Aerocone Travels Canada Inc. Plan workforce requirements with department heads; coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding; maintain confidential personnel records and employment documentation; support performance reviews, training and development; administer HR policies and employee relations; and monitor compliance with applicable employment standards, human-rights, privacy and workplace-safety requirements. Work with management on staffing plans and a consistent employee experience.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations or HR administration. Knowledge of recruitment processes, employment documentation, onboarding, performance management and Canadian employment practices. Strong discretion, organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills. HR certification or post-secondary education in human resources is an asset.
