Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant for its growing ServiceNow practice. The team helps clients assess and transform business processes using ServiceNow and related technology solutions.

What you will do

- Assess client processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop and configure the platform.
- Contribute to feasibility, positioning, and detailed design work, and recommend appropriate technologies.
- Deploy and configure ServiceNow, document user and process requirements, and develop workflow customizations.
- Plan and conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing, including reviewing test strategies, cases, and scripts.
- Coordinate operational activities and support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
- Lead engagements and teams, manage client deliverables, and build relationships with client stakeholders.
- Analyze risks and project issues,



prepare reports and recommendations, and support implementation of corrective actions.

What you bring

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- ServiceNow proficiency and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience with agile development projects and software development best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and experience developing workshop presentations and process documentation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation

Expected base salary is $73,500 to $122,500 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus awards. Salary within the range depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
