This full time role supports customers, partners, vendors, and business processes through low to moderate-risk transactions. You will use operational expertise, internal procedures, and service level agreements while addressing questions and escalating issues appropriately. The position requires an undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred, and one or more years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute transactions accurately within established procedures and service levels
- Validate incoming transaction information and perform authorized adjustments

Requirements:
