FDI Services Inc. seeks one Journeyman Millwright for safe, efficient work at the City of Edmonton Waste Management Centre. The position involves interpreting diagrams, operating rigging equipment, aligning machinery, and maintaining facility equipment. You will perform preventative and operational maintenance, vibration analysis, repairs, and occasional fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals
- Operate rigging equipment and dollies for heavy machinery
- Fit bearings, align shafts, and connect couplings
- Test equipment and complete necessary adjustments
- Perform maintenance,



repairs, tack welding, and fabrication

Requirements:

- Recognized provincial Journeyman Millwright certificate
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and five-year driver’s abstract
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and manual dexterity skills
- Ability to work at heights and under minimal supervision
- Ability to complete pre-access training before mobilization
