You will recruit skilled trades, engineers, physicists, control technologists, and cyclotron specialists. The mandate combines volume hiring with passive candidate pipeline development for ACSI’s 44-hire Surrey expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across Ebco Industries and ACSI
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Build talent pools for recurring and anticipated roles
- Coordinate screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and references
- Track recruiting metrics, candidate data, and sourcing channels
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Success filling trades, industrial, technical, or qualified roles
- Proven passive candidate sourcing and direct outreach experience
- Required proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
