Reporting to the Store Manager, this Operations Associate supports sales and profitability through organized stockroom management. The role combines inventory management, merchandising, markdowns, and customer-first execution. Your work helps maintain brand and visual presentation standards while supporting an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized stockroom operations for the store team
- Process shipments and manage inventory accurately
- Replenish merchandise across the sales floor
- Fulfill eCom orders and complete markdowns
- Support merchandising and visual presentation standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Six months of stockroom or inventory management experience
- Retail setting experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, organization, and details
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
